I got a few offers just doesn't make sense if it doesn't make you better and there's players on the board that do make you better.

Ditto. I started a business right before last season, and I've had hardly any time for VBA since then.

I think it spoke to the "talent pool", or lack thereof. Either that, or we're all getting older, and have less free time on our hands. Hahaha!! I'm beginning to think it's the later... Being married, full time employed, etc has really cut into the time I had to watch basketball let alone play VBA. That and I actually think Smartphones have made fantasy sports worse. I can easily set my lineups or check for messages every day on my phone. And when I do that I don't feel the desire to go into detail on my laptop in the evening (now that I have a job that actually keeps me busy and I can'\t check any time of the day on there).

Without my smartphone I would hardly be active at all. It's been a game changer for me.

Well it's a good thing he's my fourth option at pg. Still stinks though. KG coming back for one more year was good news.

If Z-Bo signs an extension I dodged a huge bullet

I thought Z-Bo opting out and signing a longer term deal is not an extension in VBA terms?

Happens before June 30th wouldn't it still count? It would technically be an extension no?

If a player opts out to sign a new contract with his old team it's not considered an extension for VBA purposes.

I was hoping that is true.

No offense but I think that's the dumbest rule lol.. especially if he resigns the deal before June 30th. Screwed Arod out of Milsap this year, and it will continue to be cause weird problems with more and more players signing these 2 year 2nd year a player/team option deal.

Well he opts in and signs a 2-year, $20m extension. That should count for VBA purposes.
