NP, I figured you were around somewheres.
That only leaves SSMM, if he doesnt check in by April 6th; Headliner takes over his team and we do a dispersion draft. One round, by record, standard protections

Awesome. Can I change the name to the Halifax Explosion, and do you guys have me email?
Also, what's the rules on trades? Like the NBA, 150% + 100k or is it different?

Welcome to the league!
You are inheriting a team that has struggled mightily over a period of time, some due to inactivity, some due to waiting for the ability to rebuild through the draft and free agency. The time is now and this team could be a playoff team next year under the right management.
Thought I'd give you some tips to get you going: * Payton and Wiggins should be going nowhere from your team any time soon.
* A 1st round draft pick that is slated at #5 (and will be no lower than #8) presents another opportunity to land some talent on the cheap - draft carefully.
* Drafting #5 in Dispersion presents another opportunity to gain some talent - the process should be a net gain for you regardless. Happy to direct you to the unprotected list of Angels and Run N Gun but their allocation may be exhausted by the time it gets to your pick. But again, draft carefully.
* $20M+ of cap space should allow you to pick up 1-2 of the better free agents or fill out your roster with 3-4 starters.

I'll add what I always add, before you make a trade post the guys you are going to move and see if anyone else comes up with a better offer. It's good for you and good for the league, especially your first year.
