I've decided to retire as GM of the Angels. I've winnowed my fantasy teams down to this one, and even one team seems to be too much commitment for me to handle. Despite my best efforts I was never able to get my squad over the hump for a title. My one regret.
However, I am leaving a good, fully stocked team for whoever comes next. Lots of longterm contracts and all my 1sts moving forward (not this year, but, would have been low anyway) So, I can at least feel good about leaving a full cupboard for the next GM. Hopefully, they will have the managerial acumen to push the team over the top.
It's been fun. Best wishes to all.
Wes

I feel like Karl Malone just announced his retirement again with the thought of you leaving. Always such a great team! Good luck in retirement.

Totally get it. If time frees up, I'm guessing this - of all leagues - is the one to come back to. Hope to see you back...
